Why do I need to shred my files and folders? Why isn’t deleting them enough?

It is important to shred electronic documents just like it’s important to shred paper tax and bank statements, credit card receipts, order confirmations and other documents with sensitive data to protect your personal information. Deleting files is different from shredding them. Files that have been deleted can be recovered from the Windows Recycle Bin or with the help of special recovery software, whereas shredding files with SensiGuard makes them truly unrecoverable.
